Director, Talent Acquisition
Lori graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL with a Bachelor's degree in Education. After graduation she moved to North Carolina with her husband and raised two wonderful children.
Lori has been in the Human Resources profession for over 25 years. All of her experience has been in the healthcare industry. She was an HR Generalist for many years before being promoted to the Manager, Recruitment and Retention in 2007. In June of 2011 she added Physician Recruiting to her areas of responsibility. In January of 2012 she was promoted to Director, Talent Acquisition with responsibilities for the systems physician and non physician recruitment needs.
Lori received her SPHR in 2000 and maintains membership in both the national and local chapter of SHRM as well as being a member of NAHCR, NCHHRA (North Carolina Hospital Human Resources Association) and NCAHCR (North Carolina Association of Healthcare Recruiters). With regards to physician recruitment, she is a member of AAMM (American Academy of Medical Management), ASPR (Association of Staff Physician Recruiters) and CAPS (Carolina Association of Physician Services).
Adam holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN, and a master of business administration in healthcare administration from King College in Bristol, TN. Adam's background includes recruitment and human resources positions in healthcare and education.
